Sweetgrass First Nation: Community Notice

Sweetgrass First Nation
Community Notice: Keep Your Dogs Secure
Let’s work together to keep our townsite safe and enjoyable for everyone—both two-legged and four-legged!
We are experiencing an increase in dogs roaming freely in the townsite area. While we all love our furry companions, allowing them to wander poses risks to their safety and the well-being of our community.
We kindly ask all pet owners to ensure their dogs remain secured within their yards or on a leash when outside. If you are struggling with keeping your pets contained in your yard, please reach out to Canine Action Project at 306-830-1979 for recommendations & support!
Thank you for your cooperation.
