Sweetgrass Clinic - Staff

The following are assigned to Sweetgrass First Nation and work out of the clinic Monday to Friday:

• Home and Community Care Nurse – Fallon Paskemin (8:30 to 4:00)
• Community Health Nurse – Jill McIntosh (8:30 to 4:00)
• Home Health Aide – Elosie Musqua (8:30 to 4:00)
• Family Health Worker – Jasmine Weenie (on leave)
